Arrived with enough guys to complete the job in record time. The team was very careful not to damage the walls and treated the furniture assembly process as if the furniture would be in their own apartment. They had an extremely good attitude and were patient while I decided how high I wanted the plate rack to be (even though I changed my mind twice!). Definitely stop looking and use this company.

Professional home staging

You may think that home staging is not worth the investment for you. And why would you spend money on the apartment you are moving out from? But the thing is, home staging can get you more money on your home sale. So how much does home staging really cost? On the sellers’ side, 21% report that home staging increases the value of a home between 6% and 10%. On average, most stagers charge $1000 – $3000 for an initial design consultation and $500 – $1500 per room per month. And they all have a requirement of 3 months minimum, even if you sell your apartment in 24 hours. At iFurnitureAssembly we have only a 1-month requirement. No need to spend more money if you don’t need the furniture anymore. Our interior designer will create a unique design specifically for your apartment and our furniture assembly professionals will deliver and furnish your apartment with furniture from such brands as West Elm, CB2, RH and other famous furniture brands. iFurnitureAssembly is partnering with a lot of big furniture companies, therefore the furniture we provide our customers with is only high quality, and the price we can get this furniture for is the best price in the market.

Home staging service doesn’t have to cost a pretty penny for you. With iFurnitureAssembly it can be affordable and look gorgeous at the same time.

My experience was outstanding! The crew is very professional, effective and courteous. I was very impressed with their service and how fast everything was done. If there was a 6 star rating, I would definitely give that to the team and the company.

Home staging tips

How to save money on the staging service
If you don’t want to spend a lot of money on your home staging, you can just focus on the main rooms of the apartment you are selling. Try to think what rooms the potential buyers would look at, probably the ones you spend the most time in: living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. Stage only these rooms instead of the entire apartment, thus saving some money on the home staging.
Go Neutral
If you don’t want to spend money on the home staging at all and decide to do everything on your own, try to go as neutral as possible. If you have any bright color wall in the apartment, paint them over with such colors as white, beige or taupe. This will let you use any color furniture for the staging and it will still look stylish. It will also help prospective buyers visualize the space as their own.
